FAQ

Order
& Shipping

We accept online credit card payments and check payments via Paypal. If you need help placing an order, send us an email with your name, phone number, email address plus the item name and number. We will contact you promptly. We have found that email is the most accurate and efficient way to serve you. We ship in - stock items within 72 hours after purchase and will deliver to the address provided. Standard delivery is by USPS

3 - 7 business days. We cannot ship outside the United States at this time. 9% sales tax will be added to orders shipped in Tennessee. 

 

 

 

 

Product Info
& Availability

Each potholder will arrive  carefully wrapped in protective plastic. Please remember that due to the hand painted process of our products, slight variations may be noticeable. Also with handmade products, there may be times when demand exceeds supply. In which case, we will notify you immediately with an estimated shipping date, and give you a chance to reconfirm your order. Our quantities are limited in each collection, but our goal is to replenish the stock as quickly as we can. 

 

Changes
& Cancellations

To change or cancel your order, please contact us within the first 24 hours of placing your order. An order cannot be changed or cancelled once shipped. 

 

 

              

 

Returns

& Exchanges
We accept returns for refund, credit or exchange only.  All returns must be sent to us within 7 days after purchase. Soiled, used or washed products cannot be returned or exchanged. Returned items must be received "as new", unused in the original package and in resalable condition. The Potholder Company is not responsible for lost shipments. For all exchanges, please contact us with the order number and reason for the exchange. We will process your exchange upon receipt of the original order. Shipping charges for exchanged items and returns are your responsiblity. If we ship you the wrong item or an item with a defect in manufacturing, we will gladly send you a replacement and cover shipping charges. The cost of returning the item will only be refunded if the item is faulty or if it differs from the advertised product.

All information held is strictly confidential. Billing and Shipping information is collected to better fulfill orders.
